Ingredient and Allergen Information
We want you to feel confident about what you’re eating. For each dish, we share a clear ingredient list and an allergen warning based on the recipe and the labels available to us at the time of preparation.
Because ingredients and manufacturing practices can vary by brand and may change without notice, you are responsible for reviewing the ingredient and allergen information before consuming any meal. If you or someone in your household has a food allergy, intolerance, or medical dietary requirement, please take appropriate precautions.
Our meals are prepared in a shared kitchen environment. While we follow safe food-handling practices, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens due to the possibility of cross-contact.
If you have questions about a specific dish, please reach out before eating. We’re happy to share what we know so you can make the best decision for your household.

Our Cookhouse volunteers prepare a rotating variety of home-style dishes, then freeze them to keep everything safe, fresh, and ready when you need it most.
We deliver Tuesdays and Fridays, starting at 3:00pm. To be included on a delivery day, requests must be received by 1:00pm that same day. Requests received after 1:00pm will be added to the next delivery date.
Each member of your household will receive three dishes. Our volunteers aim to provide a good variety of recipes; however, if you select a vegetarian option, you may receive two portions of the same dish depending on what’s available.
At this time, we’re not able to accommodate special requests.
